Perched in the Tramuntana Mountains above Soller, Ca's Xorc is a fabulous boutique hotel hidden from view on the mountain road between Soller and Deia. Unless you are looking for it you will probably drive past blissfully unaware to the delight you have just missed. The access lane itself is a challenge and if you can navigate your way without stopping you've done well. The wedding ceremonies are held in the marquee or outside on the terrace. If you prefer a church ceremony I recommend two nearby churches in beautiful Deia and Soller. Deia Church is located on top of a hill in the middle of the town. It is customary for the couple and their guests to walk down the hill which is is a wonderful photo opportunity only possible because coaches can't get up the narrow road! Soller has a magnificent church in the towns’ main square surrounded by restaurants and bars where you can get a quick drink before the ceremony. The square is a beautiful location for photographs where the locals and tourists will stop and watch which adds to the occasion.
